About Shipping
In the event of national holiday or continuous holiday which will affect the date of shipment, there will be notification in advance on the official website. If it is not acceptiable to delay shipment, please avoid placing orders during this period. Shipper cannot be responsible for shipping or delivery delays in the event of unforeseen natural disasters.

About Return & Exchange
Products purchased on the MeridLife Probiotics official website, for which delivery is signed and received (including national holiday), have free return within 7 days. Please note that the appreciation period is not a trial period. For returen or exchange, products must be in a new state with complete packaging, otherwise it will affect the ability to exchange the product.

Reture & Exchange conditions

  • The order does not match the content
  • Product quality is defect
  • Defects received in the shipping process

Please note that the following situations cannot constitute a return condition:
  • No returns past the 7 days return period
  • Product that have been unsealed
  • Lost original invoice
  • Lack of complete original packaging and cartons
  • If a free gift was delivered when you made the initial purchase, it must also be attached and returned
  • No deliberate mass returns will be accepted

Return & Exchange process
  1. Request a return or exchange : To process a reture, please request a return within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  2. Home collection : The home delivery company or courier will contact you to pick up the goods within 3 working days. Please put the goods, invoice, complete packaging, gifts, etc. into the packaging/carton used at the time of delivery and completely seal them. The home delivery staff will pick up the pieces at the appointed time. Please keep the home delivery company's receipt.
  3. Product inspection : If you want to return the product, please do not destroy the original packaging and sticker on the packaging. If the original packaging is damaged, it cannot be returned or a damage charge will be deducted from the refund. If you want to exchange products, and after confirmation that your request meets the conditions for exchange, we will send the new edchange products within 5 days.
  4. Refund : Upon receipt of the invoice and confirmation of the returned item. Derectly return the money to the original credit card account. The refund may not appear on the current bill. If the refund is processed beyound your credit card checkout date, the amount will appear in the next bill. If the purchase order does not enjoy the free shipping service and have shipping costs occur, shipping cost will not return in product refund.
